I have ordered 1 MI 10400 mah Power bank with Nova trimmer worth 698/- on 25/07/2015, order no#[protected] which I got on 31/07/2015, I got duplicate power bank by them which I compared with original one, backup of duplicate is also very-very less as compare to original one. It looks very different too and also make sound from inside when shake it. They are cheating as online shopping. I want to get original power bank or else want to cancel this order if they are opened cheater's market. Thanks

Today is 5th day after complaint but there is no action done by bookmyoffer.com, also tried with their no. but no one is answering. They are typically unprofessional and cheater they must be banned for selling their products in online shopping market.
