I had recently purchassed mi 10400 power bank with order no.
[protected] but the product is fake, it can only charge 2000 mah battery once.it is now requested kindly arrange the original one . Failure in providing original product will result in the registration of case against ur company

I purchased a MI power bank from these bloody people's and in the first look it was looking fine but when I connect the phone it gets unplugged frequently. These fake company do not even answers my call. And xiaomi also denied for servicing my devices. Please please help me out.my family member mistakenly received the product

Recently I have received 4 combo pack of power bank, head pH., SanDisk memory card 16gb, and data cable but all are duplicate product nd even the memory card I received is 8gb...the worst site I have ever seen. And I am gona file complain case against u for using brand name and providing duplicate product.

I ordered Samsung power bank but when the ordered is delivered I got mi power bank it is not my order I called on customer care number but the call was not recevied I also mail at their website but didn't get any response
