Bookmyoffer.com — Product revived in non working condition

I purchased a MI power bank 10400 mah and got it on 5/1/2016, but it wont get fully charged.When i connect my mobile after around 15 mins power bank goes off and mobile doesn't get charged.I for nearly 8 hours charged Power bank. I Raised complaint(Ticket number: 45408) on support.bookmyoffer.com on 07/01/2016. And thereafter 4 reminders posted no response. when i tried calling their Customer support never gets passed automated answering system(tried min 20 times). Is this site a Bogus one? If there is any way to get a resolution please let me know.
