I received fake mi 10400 mah power bank from your company. It doesn't charge phone for even 5 mins. My order no is. UNIBMOC206370. The customer care number you provided isalso not receiving any calls. This is not a way to deal with your customers. Your company better respond to customer complaints quickly otherwise it'll be bad for your reputation. Also we'll not recommend others to buy any product from your company
