I purchased online shoes from bookmyoffer.
On 18-9-16 i received and i opened in front of delivery boy. I show him that product is damaged. But he said i am just delivery boy. Pick up team is different. So i trust this company and pay him 1149/- for my order.

Same day i mail to this company and they ask for the snapshots of the product. I sent them and i got this reply as under.
"dear sir/madam

Greeting of the day!!!

We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your product images to concern team and as per their feedback that there is no damage in product, so we are not able to help you in this issue.

Updated by Kamal M Maru I have ordered Shoe from bookmyoffer.com.
shoe is defective at the time of delivery. I have been continuously contacting company about this since one week.
They are saying that product is not defective and we can not help with this.

I bought this shoes for 1149/-
Today I talk with customer care staff and they are offering me 100/- bonus points that i can use on www.bookmyoffer.com.
Am i fool that I'll buy again from this website.
