Sir This is pethu rathish i order samsung power bank on 3-oct [order [protected]] it was delivered yesterday 10-oct 4:40pm at courier office. I return back to home and open parcel that items have many scratches and looking like old piece.. And another thing i charge fully and use it in mobile that power bank indication show empty signal. Then i confirmed my delivered item is fault and it's old one. Kindly replacement my item or refund my amount. Kindly reply as soon as possible. If not i go for higher complaint because ur helpline numbers not working and i already mail u on 10&11 oct there is no response. Kindly do better.. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
