Dear team, As per trail mail i had placed order for which today i have received product which is totally different from description mentioned on your website, For which also find the attached snaps and video. As per description its black glasses but received blue shade glasses which clearly shows in video. Moreover as per description its oem product for which i have received glasses which is not glass its made from plastic material. Is ray ban using plastic material in their product?? When i called to your customer case your executive kusum told to share unboxing video on this mail id, which implies your executive doesn't believe on customer word and asking for proof. It's totally fraudulent act done by bookmyoffer, which is not acceptable by any customer. I need only refund for this product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
