With reference to order no. [protected] They have shipped the product in broken cover and the product is not working properly. I have sent them 3-4 mails but there's no reply to it . Whenever I call up to there customer care no. It automatically hangs up after 15 seconds. I feel helplessly now what to do . As they have taken money they are least bothered about customer problem .

Well till what date I expect the new and hopefully proper working condition power bank ?
And another product (Order no. [protected]) has the same problem size has been shipped no communication from your side .
If you cannot follow up please arrange for refund and take your underrated product !!

Power bank does not work propery

Hi I m Gaurav from ajmer...I was order samsung power bank20800 mah on 31st may same is recd today on 4th june but power bank not working...refrence no.[protected] and also not recd any warranty card and user guide in box...so pls replace the product..If no..I am taking further action...

I ordered a power bank reference number#[protected] i want to bring into your notice that my power bank is defected niether it charge full battery even if plugged in for 4-5 hours or more it always shows low battery signal moreover it charges my phone only for 10 seconds and then it is switched off
