I received a powerbank which I ordered and it is showing lights while charging. But it cant charge any mobile phone. I placed a complaint in their customer care buttthey said it will take around 8-10 working days. Till date I haven'treceived any reply from them. I hereby attaching a pic of that complaint. Please get me updated in that matter. I have complaint about it to their customer care and even mailed them on their complaint id.
