I have order samsung power bank 16800mah with led light... First of all it is not orignal brand of samsung... And secondly it is default product... N It is looking that someone has used it many times before. It is not charging proprely Colour of the product is dull. It is not looking new. Its your duty to respond to our request when v call upon you n have my product exchanged with other new product. O i am requesting you plz refund... And rply for the complain...
