hi i have ordered an mi power bank of 10400 mAh, but i fount it is a fake product i had compared it with original one then i can easily say that yes it is a fake one, i don't ono why they are fooling customer, and when i mailed them then they are not even replying me and also not accepting the call i had tried 100 times no no one is picking call at customer desk

I have received product and same is used by me and
found some issue in this product it's not working properly it's not
charging my phone even 30% even powerbank is fully charged.For
this issue it's useless product for me due to not function properly.
Please provide me product refund process so i can return this product
and refund my money.
