My brother have ordered a power bank of samsung..When he got the delievery but th wrong thing ..The power bank which he ordered was of samsung ..But the thing he received was of other make and even tht one is not working ..It only stay charged for 5-10 minutes only ..He have spent rs.999 on that ...And now he wants to return it..Kindly tell me all the details of the returning policy ..How he can get his refund...And he want an explanation why he didnt receive what he ordered...
