I have purchased filmy pass but i haven't got any code from the bms and they are not responding to my mails and messages in whatsapp. How can be they just irresponsible, and the customer care number not connecting to them they are just escaping from the customer, it's just shame to them, i think this is the way they are earning lot of money by playing such tricks...

did not receive ticket confirmation

I purchased two tickets of article 15 from bookmyshow.. I paid using google pay upi and rupees 413 has been deducted from my account.. But i did not receive any confirmation mail or sms.. I booked the tickets for rdb cinemas in kolkata the show being at 5:20 pm.. This is really not expected.. I want my money back or the ticket confirmation immediately.. Also seats i booked are showing as occupied now.. Then why shouldn't i receive the confirmation?...

bookmyshow fraud using gift card

On 21st april 2019, 3 transactions were made from my bms account and e-mails were sent to me of purchase of 9 gift cards worth 18000, 1 gift card worth 1000 and 1 more gift card worth 212 rs and a thus a total of 19, 212 rs was deducted from my amazon pay.
The timing of the transactions are 10:44, 10:45, 10:46 am. (Based on received email timings)
I have not done these transactions neither have i authorized these transactions....

booking not confirmed - payment sent from freecharge and amount deducted

I was trying to book 6 tickets to the malayalam movie "VIRUS" and used freecharge as the payment medium. The amount was charged at Rs.815 and was confirmed paid by the freecharge team. At the last page of the booking, bookmyshow just redirected back to my home page and nothing shows up on the transaction history or booking history. When i called bookmyshow they said they have not recieved the amount from freecharge.

However my previous amount was deducted too and its been more than 25 days i am chasing them for a refund. They keep saying 2-3 days every now and then and do not assist in any further way....

refund for unsuccessful transaction id 2576103044

I am trying to get a refund for a failed transaction for past 20 days with no response from the bookmyshow support team. Every information with proof from the bank has been provided, but the things are delayed beyond expectations.
The ticket was booked on 19th may 2019. The request was raised the same day, but no resolution has been done to this date.
The worst part is there is no response from the support team. Even my email...

Whenever we are booking tickets on bookmyshow through credit card issued by sbi or voucher to the tune of rs. 500, if two tickets are less than 500 rs than extra is charged but if the value is less than 500 rs than money left is not returned nor adjusted in the internet fees as well.
The bookmyshow is cheating the customer and as per rbi you are not supposed to charge internet handling fees.

not refund of full amount

I booked 2 tickets on 19th April and one ticket on 20th April . And than as I saw this is a false booking I canceled my booking on 21st of April. The refund message came on 22nd from bookmyshow official, but i only get a refund of 57 rs from a total amount of 423 rs . As they mentioned to refund total amount within 10 days, but still after 10 days I don't receive my refund .

transaction not being done

I am trying to book 2 tickets for the movie 'tashkent files' at movietime: the hub, goregaon, mumbai-western on 2 may 2019. Unfortunately, bms is not accepting payment neither from paytm wallet nor from card. Otp isnt showing up for paytm despite no network problems and in case of card, i am unable to enter the cvv... The app is not reading the cvv. Please help asap....
