refund related issue

I booked a movie ticket on december 14nth 2018 for rs. 170.89 and the ticket was not generated and amount is debited from my account.
So i have contacted their helpdesk and conveyed thus issue to them. They said that the refund transaction is initiated from their side on december 14nth itself. So i have waited for 10 days as per their policy.
After that period also the amount is not credited to my account. And i again enquired...

internet booking charges per ticket

Digitalization is the biggest movement in india at present and everyone is looking forward this progressive move.
However some organizations like bookmyshow are taking disadvantage of the this amazing movement.
Bookmyshow is charging internet conveyance fee for every ticket booked online. If consumer books 5 tickets in single transaction then consumer has to pay internet conveyance charges for 5 tickets even when all the tickets...

my refund is not received

I send the money to book my show movie ticket app through google pay for movie on (05.12.2018).. But the confirmation is not received by bookmyshow.. The transaction is failed.. They saying they refunded the amount but still am not received... The amount is 1366.75... The refund is still not received please kindly help me...1 month more but still i didn't received my amount...

Our State, Kerala, was affected by Harthal . So the movie screening was cancelled . I haven't received refund of tickets after 20 days .

I am Priya, I booked four tickets for Tamil film 2.0 3D on 03.01.2019 for the show timing 3.15 p.m. At the time of booking, a charge of Rs.30 for each ticket was collected additional towards 3D. But on return the specs was collected back by the theatre employees stating that it is returnable. I believe, if such policies are in existence then the theatre should have not collected the extra charge or in the bill it should have been mentioned...

new year eve party ticket booking.

We booked ticket for new year eve party at vgp golden beach, havana nite for 2 tickets each 2000 rs. They mentioned compliments as unlimited liquor and food. But no enough food provided and liquor provided only 15 minutes.
When people started asked question against organizer its useless. Finally police came brutally attacked the people who came for celebrate the new year party....

I want refund of my money as i was not availed any show...

Raised above ticket almost a month before... Still i did not get proper reply regarding my refund... I have checked with my bank they are telling amout has been successfully transferred to the merchant account... But i don't know why bookmyshow people are still refused to refund my amount.. It gives me a feeling that i am requesting refund from frauds.. Really such...

I booked 1 sofa class tikit for 2people for 240 in bhabani hall through amazon pay.. Payment also done but cinema hall told that sofa class is not available online so my booking is cancelled, but i dont get refund.. I have to buy 1new tikit to see the movie... Not on sofa class in special. I paid 240 but get a tikit of 80 only... Please solve my problem...

I have made payment to bookmyshow for 6 tickets costing ( Rs. 1456.16) has been paid ( UPI Transaction ID[protected]. The said amount has been debited from my bank account on 15/12/2018. However I have not received any confirmation or intimation of any sort. I've tried messaging and calling their customer care executives. Again all the attempts were in vain. I've waited over 18 minutes for a response from the customer care....

I have booked 2 tickets for my family of two adults and 3 year old kid on 9 dec 2018 at inox prozone mall coimbatore through bookmyshow... Once i reached inox i was told 3 year old kid needs ticket, i was shocked to hear, since none of the theatre ask ticket for a small kid and asked wheather you specified this during booking and they replied it is specified in terms and conditions... Then i searched for that again in bookmyshow but couldn't...

Again i booked two tickets and amount deducted from my bank account at 12.55am 10/12/2018 and receive confirmation of two tickets but first amount which was deducted i did not receive amount of refund of two failed transaction tickets....

(Bookmyshow logind id is - [protected]) at 09.19 pm & 1011.44 amount is debited. Info - txn id : [protected] (Airtel payment bank by upi money transfer process). Movie tickets were not booked but money got debited from my airtel payment bank account. Request you to refund my money back...

problem in refund of my money

On 4 th December i booked ticket at m2k pitampura. But the booking got cancelled.. But two times 335.40 amount got deducted from my bank account.. I was credited 335.40 only one time.. I didnot got other 335.40 rupees... I contacted my bank and they said that they have credited the amount to bookmyshow two times as was the case at time of detection.. They said that they have refunded both the transaction but bookmyshow has not credited me...

booked for hindi language but show was in tamil language

With booking id wgxmz27, i have booked the ticket for hindi language of 2.0 movie but show was displayed in tamil language, i have been cheated even after paying full amount. Even the text message received from book my show doesn't mention that it is for tamil language, hence i had to return with my family, because we can't understand tamil. Hence need the refund of my booking amount....
