I had booked 4 tickets of DOCTOR G on 19 October. At that time my money was deducted from my account but tickets not booked. I called book my show customer care executive and told him everything about this. He told me that my refund will return....

I booked my ticket on 20th July 2022 and paid 50% of the amount that is 5000 rs + tax. They sent me a mail saying that i need to pay the rest of my amount after 90 days. After 90 days, they sent me a link to make my 2nd payment but they sent me the wrong link and it always showed some error on the page saying invalid email id and phone number. I registered my complain to a bookmyshow agent and he said that he will provide me with some resolution...

I booked 2 tickets on 15.10.2022 for movie kantara at piccadilly sec 34 chandigarh for a show of 11:10a.m. due to some unforseen circumstances, i reached hall at around 12:30p.m. then when i showed my online booked tickets to the person checking tickets, he said that he was unable to scan my tickets. I booked 4 tickets for a B praak show to be held in Gurgaon on 9th October, Sunday for which the venue wasn’t disclosed. They kept the venue outdoors and due to weather conditions being unfavourable postponed the show to 15th October, Saturday. Now Saturday being a working day for me I am travelling and hence won’t be able to attend the show. Therefore, I ask for a refund and they are denying. In my opinion they are rightful of postponing...

The subtitle for One Piece :Red is incomplete and only shows a minute after minute. This is such an ignoble act. The matter must be informed so that many o[censored]s won't buy the ticket. We are requesting a refund or at least informed the matter to the customer beforehand. We don't understand a word at all...

Bought 2 tickets at 450Rs each and applied 100Rs voucher. When I then wanted to cancel the tickets, they mentioned cancellation wouldn't be possible because of the voucher applied. How are companies allowed to get away with such cunning practices? They could have atleast given me the same amount of money in voucher for my next purchase....

Never ever book tickets in bookmyshow..I recently booked 11 tickets in 2 batches of 6 & 5..By mistake the 2nd lot of 5 got booked for previous day ( thanks to their site) ..Bookmyshow doesn't have cancel options even if you are willing to pay a price...ridiculous..they say in email please ask any of your family & friends to make use of the show...unbeleivable...You hand over the tickets to Cinepolis, they get back saying sorry after 1 hr....

Tickets booked on 25/09/2022 around 4 pm to 5pm for inox at gulbarga for 6:55pm show for 5tickets for brahmastra movie through gpay amount deducted but we did not get confirmation mail or message so at inox we did not get seats and we took other tickets at counter kindly confirm and refund amount to our no. I booked ticket on 16th sept 2022 at 8:19 pm for 17th sept 8:20 pm show but by mistake tickets got booked for 16th sept only.
