Money debited but tickets not confirmed and its not even show in payment history

I booked 2 tickets for cobra movie sep 5 2022 11:20 am for B12, B13 Escape Express Avenue, money debited and payment was successful. Transaction time is sep 3 2022 7:14 pm, But tickets not confirmed. My mobile number is [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.

Please refund my amount.i paid via UPI (Gpay)....

Partial Refund

I booked a ticket using bookmyshow webapp and added my debit card points as payment method . But after payment, they said there was server error and the amount will be refunded. But they only refunded the rest of the money after I applied my card points . which means that my 1000Rs worth debit card points is lost. I want my debit card points back as BMS cash or any other methods as the problem was in their side ....

Money got deducted but tickets not received.

I paid for cobra movie tickets (2) at express Avenue escape mall chennai on Friday 7:14 pm(2/09/22) for Sunday morning show(4/09/22) via gpay .but haven't received confirmation and ticket status in purchase history not available. So booked again and it was successful.
But money hasn't received yet.
It's more than 48 hours now...

They show booked but actually it's all available

They make use of all the online platform.enter any movie hall, show its available but they show book from their end just to make money.they say on chat window write email but never response in polite way or never turn up . i ask their chat support system(Jignisha) .i connect with floor suppervisior.(nikita)
very poor system
these people fool customer...

Payment successful but ticket was not received and refund was not yet received

I have booked 2 seats for Viruman movie on 13/08/2022 for 11.40 show at Escape cinemas for ₹469. My issue was my amount got debited and the payment was successful but i have not received any tickets for the same..and when i approached at theatre they told that your ticket was not confirmed and those seats was booked by some other people. Your payment will be refunded soon.. but still now I have not received any amount.....

Money got deducted but ticket doesn't booked

I booked a ticket from bookmyshow for a movie called thiruchitrambalam for aug 18 2022 on aug 17 2022 09.06pm via phone pe it costs me Around 154.79rs money got deducted from my bank account but the tickets doesn't booked bms shows time out on the payment page
I need my money to be back to my account where I paid
I need my money of 154.79 and extra compensation fee for to compensate the loss for me please give me money back...

15.8.22 date I have booked ticket and see the movie,
Theater was not properly clean & Ac not working properly, Fully Mosquitos there,
One ticket charged around 200 in gst .

Same seats booked by different individuals

I had booked 6 tickets for Rocketry [7:20 p.m.] on 30/07/2022 in INOX ORION MALL, Gorakhpur through bookmyshow.
Seats were CL-D7, D8, D9, D10, D11, D12. Everything was fine until one man came along with his friend and showed their ticket for D8 and D9. HOW CAN TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE BOOK SAME SEATS? How can the transaction system of bookmyshow be so inacuurate? If these types of errors continues, it will be discouraging for the viewers...

Not yet refunded for a cancelled show

I have not been refunded for a show that was cancelled due to incomplete filling of people for the movie . I have not been informed or nothing of sorts like an email or sms has been sent for the initiation of a refund. My booking ID was - WNFG6FN. Please look into the matter....

Concert was cancelled but refund not received

I did the booking at the same day of concert.
The concert was cancelled.
When I spoke to the customer care, they said the venue was changed,
But I did not receive any update from them.
I am repeatedly asking for the refund, but they are giving useless reasons.
Please help me, I am badly stuck....

Payment deducted. But they didn't refund

I have tried to book a ticket on BookMyShow through big browser. The amount has been deducted from my account and it said the the ticket has been booked. I just go through the FAQ document and understood that the failed transaction amount will be refunded back to the customer. So I was waiting. But still it has not been refunded. When I created a ticket with BookMyShow [13129292], they told that they didn't get the amount and asked me to...

Money got deducted ticket was not granted!

This is for the inconvenience i have during booking ticket from book my show i paid them for two tickets and money got deducted but i was not granted ticket and any sort of booking and so i have to pay again for ticket then i got booking so, please grant me refund for previous transaction in which I wasn’t granted ticket. No refund for cancelled movie tickets

I had booked 3 tickets for an 8:50 am show of Thor: Love and Thunder at IMAX Wadala, Mumbai on 8th July 2022. The show was cancelled without prior notice and I was told refund would be processed within 5-7 days. It's been more than 10 days and there's no sign of refund. Customer care responds by saying the cinema has not informed and the cinema says ticket provider will refund. Please help.

I had booked two tickets on Bookmyshow platform on 27 June 2022 for "Resonance" event organized by Impetus Live LLP.
The event was scheduled on 10 July 2022 in Bangalore with the venue to be confirmed later.
