Dear sir, Our complaint no to bookmyshow 1885038 I purchased four tickets from bookmyshow for show of baghi at jayanti rishra, hooghly (Wb) of show timing of 7pm on 30.04.2016. For our astonishment, when we reached there, it has been found that the cinema hall was closed and no show was going on. We could watch the movie. It was matter of great harassment for me and my family. Now after several phone calls and writing 6 emails to them, they are not responding. They are also not giving status of my refund. Please look into the matter and arrange refund of my money along with conveyance charges of rs.150.00 which we had to bear on account of going to hall. Please arrange to do the needful urgently. I'm book my movie tickets from book my show that time I seen a offer kon paytm 50%cashback but not get cashback
Our payment has been deducted while book tickets for the upcoming match between rcb and punjab but our confirmation for tickets is not done.please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I lost 310 rupees due to failure of transaction but they did not refunded till now. It happened almost 5 days back. So, please take necessary action and refund my money back. The failure transaction was on 6th may 2016. It happened while booking for 24 movie ( telugu ). So please react fast and refund my money back as soon as possible. Thank you.
