My name is simranjeet singh. I tried to book a ticket today on https://in.bookmyshow.com/patna., i. E. Sunday nov 20, 2016 for a hindi movie force 2 at fun cinemas: regent theater. Apparently my debit card got charged for the amount of 582 for four tickets and the entire amount was deducted; however the tickets didn't get confirmed due a transaction failure. Please refund me the entire amount as soon as possible.

Sorry about that.

Our database reflects few transaction wherein 1 was successful transaction against the booking id WQL6BWC and other were unsuccessful transaction for which your tickets were not confirmed.

The transaction done on[protected]:08:41 was claimed by us and has been initiated from our end and the same should reflect in your account/wallet.
