[Resolved] BookMyShow — BookMyShow - Refund for failed online ticket booking | |
On 5th April 2015 around 3:50 pm I tried to book two movie tickets of Fast and Furious 7 Platinum seat in SRS Cinemas:New ISBT, Shimla but transaction failed an amount of Rs 384.94 has been debited and the debited money has not been refunded yet.The transaction was done through OBC debit card.Then I again tried to book the tickets this time the transaction was successfull but the money which was debited for failed transaction has not been refunded yet.
