[Resolved] BookMyShow — Bookmyshow refund for failed online ticket booking

Hi,

I am swamy (Cell no [protected], email id- [protected]@gmail.com). I booked 2 tickets for chakravyuha' using bookmyshow app for pvr - orion mall. Rajajinagar, bangalore, for 7:00pm show for date 05th may 2016 using hdfc net banking
After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
But an amount of rs 237.26 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 1:14pm on 05th may 2016.
I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but immediately i received sms from hdfc bank for deduction of money.

I request a refund of rs 237.26/- from bookmyshow.

I booked my ticket twice it shown the message transaction failed but the amount is debited from the card kindly refund the amount billed twice .and your call centre number doesn't work at all .pathetic services, pls contact at [protected] for the refund

We sincerely regret the level of discomfort you have faced while transacting with us.

The said transaction has been initiated from our end.

Ideally the amount does hit the account within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of nationalized bank.

You may note down the reversal code 1506405271361210 and 154576591161210

Please quote the above mentioned reference code to your bank and then cross check the same with your updated bank statement for the mentioned period and assist us with the screenshot of the statement in case of any discrepancies ( on helpdesk@bookmyshow.com )
