[Resolved]  BookMyShow — BookMyShow.com - Cancellation of Ticket

Hi Team, I booked two tickets on BookMyShow.com. for 5 June, 2015, 12 PM show at PVR, Alpha sky walk. Due to some unavoidable situation, me and my friend can't go to movie. I planned to cancel the tickets but there is no option available for cancellation. I need my money back. Please help me on this. Please find the message I received from bookmyshow after I booked tickets, Hi Customer. Your ticket has been generated and sent to your Email ID for Massu Engira Maasilamani on Fri, 5 Jun, 2015 12:00pm, at PVR: Ampa Skywalk, Chennai (AUDI 03), Seats: CLASSIC-S2, S1. Booking ID: WG8XRKG. Please click on the below link to get your M-Ticket. Just show this QR Code at the cinema entrance - http://bmsurl.co/dfj5LqXI Please note that you cannot pickup physical tickets with this QR Code.

BookMyShow Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We do understand your view here. When a booking is confirmed on our website/ app, the seats are sold at the cinema's end. Being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy. Hi Team, I booked three tickets on BookMyShow.com. on 22 may 2018, 10.55 PM show at Ciniplanet multiplex, Kompally, hyderabad, Telangana state, my debit card amount Rs/ 450.36 is debited but I didn't get ticket conformation .pl resolvethe problem..
