Hi team I booked movie ticket on 4/01/2016 5:30PM two tickets for 10PM Show.by using book my show mobile app. due to uncertain reason I am going to cancel movie ticket. immediately with in 30 minutes i called to Bangalore customer care no[protected] and informed the same.but they replayed that No cancellation...I have requested them prepone show timeing same day 7;30PM but they did not agree. so I need refund my back into my used account. IMMA[protected] this booking number. Please help me in this for refund of my amount... some one should take immediate action about this complaint..

BookMyShow Customer Care's response Hi Redappa, We do understand your view and would have loved to help you out, if a cancellation or change in your bookings was possible When a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold. Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end. Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed. Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets. We have also transparently mentioned this on our app and website Assuring you of our best services at all times.
