[Resolved] BookMyShow — cash got reduced from my account but didnt get my seat reserved

I am Ajaz Basheer from kerala/trivandrum/attingal.Today (8/22/2014) i booked a ticket through bookmyshow on one of the theatres in my home town attingal.The name of the theatre is vaisakha cine house.I didnt receive any message or seat after the purchase.Since the amount is reduced from my account i demand a refund for the transaction which i made earlier through mobile app.Transaction detail available for me is[protected]IGY5294951 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O.Please take immidiate steps to refund my cash.regards Ajaz Basheer

Incase of being charged for an unsuccesful transaction, the amount ideally gets refunded to the account within 10 working days from the transaction date. Since you have been charged on the 22nd August, we request you to please check your bank statement by 5th of September for the reversal and email us the screenshot of the statement at [protected]@bookmyshow.com incase of any discrepancy.
