[Resolved] BookMyShow — Debit card charged but ticket not booked | |||
I am Ashiqur Rahma, I tried to book for four tickets tomorrow by using gmail id [protected]@gmail.com or mobile no [protected] November[protected] for ISL North east United FC vs FC Pune city which will play on 22 nov 2016. Suddenly my Debit card got charged for the amount of 1140 for four tickets and the entire amount was deducted as txn#[protected] . However the tickets didn't get confirmed due to transaction failure. .. I also checked my email but nothing found any message on tickets..please send me the confirmed tickets to my gmail address - [protected]@gmail.com or mobile no [protected]... The said transaction has been initiated from our end. Ideally the amount does hit the account within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of nationalized bank.
