[Resolved] BookMyShow — Due to Error while confirming ticket booked twice | |||
After paying for tickets, I got error page and there was retry link option, when I clicked I was redirected on some error page. I initiated transaction again, and later relized that first ticket was also confirmed. Ticket raised with them - 659265 I want refund for one of them, when raised issue on call they said we can not do any thing. It is their fault and I want refund for one of my transaction. No error logs were found while transacting and the confirmation sms/ email was also sent on time.
Also, the ticket against both the booking ids were collected at the cinema.
