I was booking for mungaru male 2 movie in book my show app, And it asked me otp message twice And I entered, my money is deducted twice each ticket cost is 200+tax but amount deducted is 894.7 ruppees, I tried to call book my show customer care many times, but they aren't responding, call is rejected automatically. please help me.

In case you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded back to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.
