[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Icici bank but 1 get 1 offer on credit card

I have been trying to avail icici bank buy 1 get 1 free ticket offer on the credit card for the movie drishyam, twice the offer got applied but i wasn't able to pay and actually avail the offer. Everytime I tried paying, i got some webpage error. And now i cant even apply the offer because apparently I have exhausted the limit per user per month. Your payment gateway is pathetic. If you guys don't want us to get the offer, why do you take the pain of putting it on the website. This is not the 1st time I have had this issue, I have never been able to avail the icici bank 1 on 1 offer even though my card is eligible for the same but yet I have manage to exhaust the limit per user per month everytime.

Offers on our website are available to people all across the country on the website and mobile app. The offer can be availed twice a month and if tried the third time, you shall face an error of "Offer Exhausted". Due to so many awaited entertainment movies releasing one after the other, the offer gets exhausted in a blink’s time. Please do try availing the offer on your next transaction. Similar issue which I have been facing with payment online. I have availed offer but payment was not successful but the offer I availed should get utilized with respect to past transaction to get the same offer again while booking tickets next time. Just because due to issues with payment should not get misutilized like this who will obviously lose the offer.
