I am gurunadh, I was trying to book a movie ticket for Dhoni movie on last Saturday(01-Oct-2016) around 5 PM in INOX national theatre from Bookmyshow app from my mobile. The money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. Please help me in refunding the money. mobile number:[protected]; mail:[protected]@gmail.com.

Ideally the amount does hit the account within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of nationalized bank.
