[Resolved] BookMyShow — Not received my reimbursement of cancelled transaction | |||
I booked 2 tickets on bookmyshow on 17 Aug 2015 and after my transaction I got an error and bookmyshow said they received the money and said they will revert my money back as it was not successful. After mailing them couple of times they gave me complaint number and now they are not replying to my mail. My complaint no. Is 691133 Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our telephonic conversation, the amount charged against the transaction done on 17th July has been refunded from our end on 18th August and should reflect back in your wallet within a max of 5-7 working days.
Please check your updated wallet to see the reversal amount.
In case of any discrepancies, share with us the updated wallet statement from the date of transaction till today at [protected]@bookmyshow.com or LIVE CHATS .
