[Resolved] BookMyShow — not refunding money | |||
I had booked 2 tickets of movie pk for wave cinemas on 20th of December 2014 from mobile number [protected] . The movie tickets were not booked but my debit card was charged. It has been more than 15 days but I still have not got my money back. Even after contacting book my show helpline number, I still didn't get any positive response. They have been avoiding my calls or are saying to wait for 10 days, whereas ten days are already over. If I don't get my money refunded I will contact higher authorities.
