[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Payment deducted from account but booking confirmation not received

I booked a seat from book my show today. Payment was deducted from my account but I a have not received booking confirmation then I again try to book another seat but again payment was deducted form my account and again I have not received any booking confirmation. But later I got a call from book my show team that my first transaction was successfully done but due to some technical problems I have not received the confirmation of booking, if I agree then they can book my seat and send me confirmation. I agreed with them and asked them to send confirmation. I also told them about second time deduction of payment from my account but she replied it Will automatically credited in your account. But till now I have not received any massage from my bank.

At times there are certain network congestion which may result in such occurrence Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalised bank 10 working days. Further, your tickets were confirmed against the booking id WJRZ9CP and WM8FJMN. Hope this resolves your concern. I got a call from book my show team few minute back from [protected] and it's quite surprising that he is asking to share my debit card details to refund the amount. Is it right to share my bank details with a unknown person what are you doing guys.
Weird that they are asking for the Bank Details. :(
I am still waiting for refund of my money ...??????
