I could not get you how much amount will be refunded and on what basis you have cut off the amound of refund. keeping mistake on your side and charging the customer is not a good thing. show was cancelled by your side while booking tickets you charge us all service, internet and any other charges and while refunding you dont include thoe amounts

We do keep our customers posted in case we receive the update prior from the cinema. Your concern is important to us and we will certainly look into it.

In case of a show cancellation, we refund the entire amount of the transaction which includes the internet handling fee. Please share your booking id with us or email it to us at [protected]@bookmyshow.com and we will look into it right away.
