BookMyShow — Refund

I booked tickets before two weeks. I selected 2 tickets but at last they charged for 4 tickets via online booking. Later I raised a ticket with BookMyshow to resolve my issue. The generated ticket no is #617207. I am calling their toll free number and the customer care person is saying that we are resolving the ticket today but there is no update since last 2 weeks. I am tired of calling them for resolving my issues for returning the 2 ticket cost.
