Please refer my complaint no.[protected] dtd 25.11.14. Still I didn't get the refund. On 25.11.14 I booked 4 tickets for interstellar moive dt cinemas saket through debit card. I have booked 5 tickets for PK Movie at Vijaya Laxmi. My money is deducted from SBI debit card but the tickets are not booked. My gmail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I've booked 2 tikts on 26june for Sardar ji Around 5pm for show of 10pm but error occured so i tried again Within few mints. 2nd attempt was also faild so i cancelld d plan.But i recd confirmation around 9pm for 1st attempt only.complained to BMS helpdesk and supervisor-Conrid dseouza bt they CNT keep their words.he cmmited 2 resolve the matter vidin 48hrs.bt since 27onwards i didnt get any reply from him.fraud
