I am bharath. V (Cell no [protected]). I booked 2 tickets the junglebook' using bookmyshow.com for prasads large screen, hyderabad, for 6:15pm show for date 25th april 2016 using yes bank net banking After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow application displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'. But an amount of rs 593.66 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 10:15pm on 19th april 2016. So kindly refund my money to below account... Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalised bank 10 working days.

Bookmyshow — Ticket Issue
I payed all the amount for my two tickets from my laptop and it showed booking confirmation and all.But when i logged my mobile with same id.It didn't show any tickets! Although it showed the older tickets which i have booked!
Please do something _/_
