[Resolved] BookMyShow — Refund for failed online transaction.

Hi,

I am kumar tej (Cell no [protected]). I booked 2 tickets for movie brahmotsavam (U) using bookmyshow.com for asian gpr multiplex: kukatpally (Screen 3), hyderabad, hyderabad
7:40pm | sat, 28 may, 2016 using state bank internet banking.
After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed "sorry! We could not book your ticket... However we received your payment. (#-4004).
But an amount of rs 281.74 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 3:57 p. M on 28th may 2016.

Please revert as soon as possible.
