[Resolved] BookMyShow — Regarding cancellation of movie ticket. | |||
I had wrongly booked the movie ticket show for wave Noida in place of wave Rajouri Garden so i immediately called to customer care when i came to know about this but no one is ready to cancel the request they told they can't do now. We do understand your point of view and are sorry to know that you were unable to attend the show.
There are three stages where you confirm your booking while transacting with us on the order summary page.
Once you proceed to payment and the booking gets confirmed, the seats are blocked at the cinema's end.
We being ticket aggregates have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas and hence cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking as cinemas do not have a cancellation policy.
Alternatively, those tickets can be gifted to your family/ friends and you could bring a smile on their face.
