[Resolved] BookMyShow — Regarding cashback of 100 not credited w.r.t booking id W3JTR3Z

The concern is bookmyshow running offer of 100 cahsback on min 400 transaction and this offer is valid from 25th nov, 2016 to 27th nov, 2016 but I could see this offer on checkout page on 24th november as well which misleaded me and I went on with transaction of 138 from ola money . Now cashback is not credited to me for this transaction . They are quoting that cashback can't be given as per tnc which is right but my concern is when the offer had to go live live from 25th how can make it live on 24 th and ticket which I have booked is booked on 24 th nov, 2016. I am attaching full snapshots which justify my point.

Sir I have booked ticket for movie n paid by internet banking. Money has been debited but the site didn't show ticket booking information. Instead it showed some error. Transaction I'd for payment is[protected]IGAAHYZFB5. you r requested to credit me back the amount debited.
