[Resolved] BookMyShow — Regarding Refund on online Booking | |||
I have booked 2tickets for movie "bhajrangi Bhaijaan" on 23rd july 2015around 10:30 AM for 3.20 pm show On 26 july 2015at inox Parameshwari mall, hyderabad through HDFC net banking, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. When i checked my bank statement, amount of rs 335.02 was deducted and i didnt get my tickets. I have sent a mail to helpdesk but no response from their end. Plz solve my problem asap. Ideally, it takes a maximum of 5-7 working days from the transaction date for a refund to reflect back into its account.

yesterday i was booked movie ticket with help one service person. i was tell them i want to ticket 29th july. when i got a mail after 1clock for my mistake was i didn't check date.today is happen is going. firstly i fell very bed for today my mom birthday. i want surprise my mom.but is happening she not enjoy for our mistek.and already show is going on.please get back to reply.really very bed experience.i am not happy with you.l
