[Resolved] BookMyShow — The show got cancelled but no refund | |||||
I had booked 3 tickets from Book my show on 25th Jan'16. The booking ID is GPSM[protected]. However, the show got cancelled due to some reasons. It has been 4 days since then and I have not received my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We know this must have caused you trouble. Please accept our apologies for it.
As per the updates we understand that the show was cancelled and the refund has to be collected at the counter.
Further, if you have not received the refund amount, requesting you to visit the cinema counter and collect the amount and in case of any discrepancies regarding the refund, kindly contact the cinema manager for further assistance.
