[Resolved] BookMyShow — They changed the offer | |||||
We booked new year party through bookmyshow. There was a category for early birds so we bought it. We bought it for 999 and at the vanue they told us to pay 4000 because it was kids ticket. They clearly mentioned there that it was for 21+. And then they changed it. Now they dont bother to even check as i didint have snapshot of the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

They say that it is not their responsibility. The venue people changed it. But they forgot that i show those details in their app. So it is their responsibility
