[Resolved] BookMyShow — Ticket not booked amount deducted

I have booked 2 tickets for movie "Baby" on 26th January 2015 around 2.23 PM for 3.45 pm show for the same date at vision theatre through Axis net banking, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail (peter.[protected]@gmail.com) and phone ( [protected]). When i checked my bank statement, amount of rs 456.18 was deducted and i didnt get my tickets .Plz solve my problem asap.
