Hi Team, I have done two transactions on 21st Jan 2016 on Book my show and both the transactions timed out, but amount has been debited twice on my credit card. Sorry to know about the trouble you had to go through.
As per your correspondence with our executives, we have had an investigation on your transaction with our relevant team and as per the updates received from them, we would like to inform you that the amount for the mentioned transactions dated 21 Jan 2016 is not claimed by BookMyShow and hence ideally the same should not be charged to your card.
The amount ideally gets refunded from the concerned source i.e PAYU WALLET back to your account within 5-15 working days depending on the card issuing bank.
Kindly contact the PAYU WALLET authorities regarding the same, as they would be in better position to assist you.
