I had 2 bms vouchers. i used both of them to buy tickets (doctor strange) but then in the end it got cancelled itself due to connectivity issue. i didnt get the tickets. and when i try to apply the tickets toanother tickets of the same show it says. voucher balance got exhausted. please help fast. this is so strange that you have to pay for vouchers and they actually don't work. Just in case the payment was attempted using gift vouchers and the amount charged to you would be reversed back to your gift vouchers within 30- 40 min from the time of transaction. You are requested to wait for the above mentioned duration and then try booking your tickets once again using the mentioned gift voucher by entering the contact details manually on My Review page/confirmation page.
