Bookwagon — Bookswagon and paytm transaction

I ordered a book from Bookswagon with Order #142515 on 6th Nov 2015. The amount for transaction was made through paytm wallet. I got a confirmation from PayTm and my bank that the amount has been deducted but no confirmation from Bookswagon. I approached bookswagon 5 times since 8th Nov 2015 but they say they don't have any details about this orderId. They suspected it could be due to technical issue with their site. I have approached PayTm (through email) and they told me the transaction is successful and hence I need to talk to Bookswagon. I have been shunting to both of them without any success. I believe this is online fraud by these seller. Hope my complaint is read by someone.
