Bosch service centre (insider story), 1. It is usual practice of all Bosch centres to initially give low estimate to customer so that you do not take back your car to authorised serivice centre. 2. Once your car is there and you have left they will call you and come up with more issues in your car and minimum 40% bill is appreciated. 3. I was also told that the same is done on instructions from the owner of service centres so no benefit if you complain to their complain id/ customer service 4. If your car stays there for more than two days than be confident that some of your original parts will be taken out and replaced with duplicate. 5. There is very big market for original old parts 6. They will always try to replace as many electronic parts as possible since these parts do not have any warranty and you have to pay every time you get it replaced. So most of the times they put duplicate part at the price of original when you get that part replaced for first time so that you come back again to them. My only suggestion is STOP USING ANY KIND OF AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES AND LOOK FOR GOOD LOCAL MECHANICS. They will hear you.. Was this information helpful? | |||
