Sir, I have bought a brand new washing machine model # BOSCH WAK20065IN on 15th August 2016 at Reliance Digital, Kakinada, Andhrapradesh. Since two days it is not working properly and does not washing cloths. I have bought your product with so much trust and faith, but within a month your product got damaged. I have called your local service provide several times, the response was very poor. I therefore request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action at the earliest.
