Ordered On 11/04/2015, I had ordered an EkBox from Boxight's website and paid Rs 288 using net banking, but even today (11/10/2015) I have neither received the product nor did I receive the refund. Order not sent even after 1 month of payment and no reply from customer support
I ordered on a VR kit on 15 April . It's been more than a month now and my order no. 0915113E425C487E is not sent. Written to them 5-6 times but no reply from their side. Order amount was Rs 288. I want product or twice refund.
