BPCL Petrol Pump — Nuisance at vasant kunj petrol pump

I’m an old customer of your Vasant Kunj petrol pump. There are two machines installed in this pump in the front side. But from the past several months I have been observing that the employees ask the customers either to reverse their vehicle and get their tanks filled from the first machine whereas sometimes they ask the customers to park their card near the second machine since the first machine is not working. There’s a nuisance at the pump each time I visit. This causes a lot of trouble to the customers and also wastage of time. I’ve complained to the employees and the manger several times but no action has been taken. The pump is located at a very prime location and there are no other petrol pumps located in that area. This is just spoling your company’s reputation. Pay a surprise visit to the pump so that you are able to see all this with your own eyes. Please look into this matter at the earliest.
