I have purchased 1 oxygen concentrator from BPL.
I also took AMC. The machine is used for a patient suffering from lungs disease and require 18-20 hours oxygen support daily.
The product is having some problem and I have requested for repairing the same on urgent basis. However, the service has gone for a toss and the after market of BPL is taking customers for granted.
The spares are also not available (for new model) and they are not even bothered to arrange for spares for such life support devices.
This is really unfortunate to understand that BPL has discontinued the Pune based support without making proper arrangement.
The Manager (Ajit) based at Mumbai also does not receive calls and always make unlawful attempts to charge for spares (not consumables) from customers under AMC. Was this information helpful? |
